We had a great time spending three nights in lovely, beautiful, and neat rooms with a fridge and separate toilet.

It took only 20 minutes to walk to John Dee Crescent bus stop.

The location met required needs, it was stunning still close to the main road network. Moreover, it's not far from the airport and Bay of Plenty, shops and restaurants, and the most beautiful garden one can imagine...

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the spotless room I stayed in was new-fashioned. the room had electric blankets and a kitchen tucked into a cupboard. 3. the windows in the room faced three ways overlooking extensive gardens. 4. the hotel's location was marvelous, right next to a large pond where two mute swans reside.

This hotel is conveniently located near the North Island and the river. the room was beautifully decorated and really cozy, especially with the electric blankets on the beds. 🌟.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with a cupboard, kitchen plus a pleasant garden, which was important.

Greatly enjoyed good bedrooms.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. Private bathroom was large. The hotel was in a good location really close to restaurants and shops, a magnificent garden and the river.
